Finance Manager
Department : Finance
Location : Riyadh
Job Summary :

Responsible for financial planning, organizing, and directing all accounting and functions in the Finance Department. Responsible for safeguarding organization assets and fiscal record keeping. Responsible for the preparation of reports for Senior Management. Monitors department policies and procedures and recommends improvements. Ensures that accounting activities are in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, legal, regulatory, and organization procedures. Ensures that the Finance Department supports the overall goals of the organization.

Required Experience :

At least 10 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Management.

Other Requirements :

- Excellent analytical skills and abilities to solve problems in day to day accounting issues.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact.

- Good Computer Literacy and knowledge and practical experience of ERP accounting packages.

- Knowledge and experience in complete accounting cycle, Management Accounts and Budgeting.

- Age should be around 45 years.

- Local transfer with valid Iqama holder preferred.

Sales & Service Engineers -

Department : Sales & Service.

Location : Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah

Job Summary :

Supervising products sales activities and monitoring and coordinating sales activities of teams engaged in the sales of medical equipment and supplies, and providing customer services.

Scope of Work :

- Planning and supervising sales and service programs to promote new markets, improving competitive position in area, and providing fast and efficient customer service

- Conferring with potential customer to ascertain equipment, supplies, and service needs

- Advising customer on types of equipment to purchase, considering such factors as costs, space availability, and intended use

- Supervising and coordinating activities of personnel engaged in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping, and receiving and shipping operations

- Reviewing articles in trade publications to keep abreast of technological developments in types of professional equipment merchandised

- Resolving customer complaints regarding equipment, supplies, and services.

- Working with inside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date

- Monitoring entrance of new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database

- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients

- Investigating and resolving customer problems with deliveries

Required Educational :

- Biomedical Engineering or equivalent

Required Experience :

- Two years of experience in sales & Service related activities in a similar organization
